Responsibilities:
- Monitor patch management & monitoring software alerts
- Deploy agent software on servers, desktops, and laptops
- Apply Windows and third-party software patches and updates to client environment
- Monitor and respond to security alerts from AV software and firewalls
- Respond to help desk calls and emails; resolve issues for clients
- Troubleshoot and remediate malware issues
- Create hardware and software reports
- Maintain support documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
- Two+ years of professional technical experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
