Responsibilities:
- Install new PCs and maintain existing PCs
- Install and support productivity software applications
- Maintain and support existing software applications
- Provide remote technical support via phone and email
- Provide on-site technical support
- Create and maintain support documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
- Two+ years of professional technical support experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with installing and maintaining software and PCs
- Experience with Windows installation and support
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office
- Experience with spyware and virus removal
- Experience with Active Directory, share permissions, and security groups
- Knowledge of Device Manager and computer hardware
